We are seeking a Service Desk Executive to provide exceptional support to our clients, primarily production companies, international broadcasters, and content suppliers. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Assist and support users with system-related queries to resolve them in a timely manner
- Offer a seamless client experience by accurately interpreting and resolving queries
- Build and maintain positive relationships between reputed production companies, international broadcasters and content suppliers
- Set up and manage client accounts on the company systems
- Facilitate between broadcasters and production companies
- Troubleshoot user-related issues to provide accurate and appropriate solutions
- Prepare documents relating to the Service Desk workflow
Requirements
- Diploma or a partially completed HND or any other equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English language (Verbal / Written)
- Good Computer Literacy (MS Office/ Google Sheets)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight schedules
- Flexible personality and a good team player
- Ability to work according to foreign calendars
