Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.
- Must have recent MSP experience
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
- Excellent problem-solving and escalation management skills.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure
- Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience with Citrix technologies such as XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, and Citrix Cloud
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Azure Administrator
