*PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office role, with in-office presence required Monday-Friday every week. The candidate must be in or near Seattle, WA, or have plans to relocate. Candidates outside will not be considered.*
THE POSITION
As the Service Desk analyst, you will play a critical role in the administration, security, and maintenance of our robust cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of existing technology services and systems. Partnering with Automation, Security, Data Systems and DevOps, you will be a critical decision-maker in driving continuous technological improvements and enhancements within our environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner across LendingTree to identify, evaluate, and resolve issues within our O365/Azure environment.
- Function as a technical first point of contact for the ITOps org and the greater business on software, hardware and general troubleshooting.
- Create/maintain internal technical documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base.
- Maintain, develop and enforce request handling and escalation policies and procedures.
- Assess the need for any system reconfigurations (minor or significant) based on request trends and make recommendations.
- Help develop and evolve processes to improve the effectiveness of internal systems and workflows through internal collaboration within the team.
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, hardware procurement, & replacement.
- Work on a cross functional team and, when applicable, shadow and learn from the Cloud Admins, Cloud Engineers, DevOps engineers, etc. We prioritize career growth, collaboration, and high-quality work on our teams!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in a cloud environment, or equivalent training.
- 1-2 years of experience administrating O365/Azure and related suite of tools (Azure Entra, Exchange Online, etc.) , or equivalent training.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting hardware & software issues (Windows 11, O365 apps, etc.)
- Demonstrated technical capability and aptitude in how you approach your work.
- Exceptional analytical ability, communication, documentation, and the ability to work effectively with employees.
- Willingness to learn new things, take on a challenge and not be afraid of making mistakes.
- Have effective communication skills that suit a hybrid environment (active listening, asking questions, open to collaboration, managing up, etc.)
NICE TO HAVE
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree relating to Technology (Again not required, just nice to have)
- Experience in low level scripting & automation with frameworks/languages such as PowerShell, Microsoft Flow, PowerApps.
- Experience procuring, configuring, and managing hardware in an enterprise environment.
- Experience working in a SOX compliant environment.
- Experience working with O365 Endpoint Manager & Security Center.
- Certifications for Windows, Azure, ITIL or anything that’s applicable to the role.

The pay range for this position is $65,000-$85,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
