Tasks:
- As Service Description and Contract Document Creator you are responsible to write Service Descriptions and other needed Contract Documents for our Portfolio Elements and Offering Modules.
- You are a strong supporter of our Portfolio and Offering Managers by translating our technical service solution and Service Level Agreements in a legal binding document, which reflects the technical requirements as well as the legal requirements.
- As part of the Offering Lifecycle Management Process (OLMP), Legal checks whether there are legal obstacles to the service and creates/assigns necessary provisions/contracts based on the service description.
- Your role will include also to define the standards by using best and already existing SD and to improve the quality of already existing Service Descriptions and other contract documents.
- You are passionate to describe complex services in a simplified and understandable way. Requirements from compliance, IT security and regulatory markets must be reflected as well.
- You understand technical dependencies and transform them in legally compliant descriptions.
- You will receive feedback from Expert Sales, Solution Design and the Cloud Delivery Services Unit if and how to improve the quality of the standard service Descriptions.
Your Profile:
- Degree in computer science, BWL, legal, engineering, or comparable education.
- Professional experience, including activities in similar positions in the IT/Cloud industry.
- Technical understanding of Cloud in general and ideally also more insights in one or more IaaS solutions.
- Experience in writing and structuring Services Descriptions (SD) in a standardized and clear way. A legal background would be ideally.
- Business fluent (written and spoken) in German and English.
- A general knowledge and experience in IT architecture and technology strategy.
- Analytical skills and ability to abstract as well as the ability to structure complex scenarios in an understandable way.
Advantages:
- Basic knowledge in the creation of cloud-based pricing models and in the creation of Offering/Portfolio price schemes would be helpful.
- You can work under time pressure to make a new offering “ready for sales” in the planned timeline and are thrilled to achieve very good quality with your work.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – in particular, handling templates.
- Experience in project management would be good as well.
Personality:
- High social competence as well as distinctive ability to work in a team (also in international and virtual teams).
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (nationally) is expected on a limited level.
