About the Role (Your Why)
As Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our customers as well as meeting contractual SLAS. Working in the product services space, you will be the point of contact between our customers and the Shared Services team setting expectations and requirements in accordance with agreed service levels, the provision of contracted services and ensuring delivery of service to our customers in a timely manner. You will be guided primarily by the Sales Support Team Leader on daily tasks and governance activities including accountability for governance across all areas of service including service management, incident and change management, continual service and process improvement and customer satisfaction, as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.
To be successful in your application for this role, due to customer requirements, you may need to apply for Government Baseline Security Clearance and so must be an Australian Citizen.
Based in Melbourne, we like to bring people together in person when we can as well as offering the opportunity to work from home.
