- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to project managers, vendors, and sale channels to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for sale channels, addressing their project related concerns, providing regular updates, and managing internal/external client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery to drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Configuration of CE devices like Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, Raisecom etc.
- In-house Testing of new products/services for viability.
- This role reports directly to the Team Lead Service Delivery.

Requirements
- We strongly aim at recruiting a team member with minimum 3 years of experience and well versed with the Fixed & Mobile networks, having strong knowledge of Cloud, IP networks & transmission networks, must have relevant certification of CCNP, JNCIA, HCIP.
- Proven experience of BGP, OSPF, GRE, IPSEC, SIP, Routing, Switching, QinQ, IoT and Cloud Technologies.
- Has strong grip on MS Office Suit especially MS Power Point, Word & Excel etc.
- He must demonstrate good presentation skills and fluent in English & Urdu.
- Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
- He/she should have demonstrated ability to manage utilization of resources, project plans, client expectations and delivering high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues proactively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
