Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and execute the billing cycle to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
• Handle Business as Usual (BAU) requests related to billing operations.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve bugs within the billing system.
• Monitor system availability and performance to ensure seamless billing operations.
• Perform data analysis to support business requests and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain scripts and queries to automate and improve billing processes.
• Maintain documentation related to billing processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the billing system.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in SQL for writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Experience in data analysis and interpreting data for business decisions.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques for system availability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, willing-to-learn attitude for growth as a data engineer.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with scripting languages (Python).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Airflow, and DBT.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools.
