Main Job Duties will be;
- Call customers and schedule the pest control services in their premises.
- Prepare the daily visit schedule for the PC Technicians
- Main contact person of the clients regarding the services
- Monitor attendance and manage the team of technicians
- Expect the ability to execute all the targeted service during the moth itself
Requirements
- Previous experience in a service coordination or customer service role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
