In this role:
Multi-Year Agreements (MYA) play an integral part of the INNIO Jenbacher service offerings, which enable tailored service agreements to our customers throughout the product’s life cycle. As Contract Management Specialist you will work on planning, executing, and controlling improvement activities which are focusing on the Contractual Service Agreements (CSA). As part of that a proactive approach and close collaboration with the regional service teams as well as the finance department are key success factors of the role.
Your tasks will be:
Service Contract Set Up
- Act as advisor to contract modelers on how to correctly set up and update CSA contracts
- Maintain CSA models up to date to ensure accurate financial backlog reporting, operational forecasting and risk portfolio management
- Improve business modelling uniformity through close collaboration with multi year agreements specialist, finance and operations
- Accountable to monitor data quality of the contract portfolio across the relevant tool landscape
- Analyze contract data
- Contribute to improvement projects and sub-projects within the service contract management area
- Define execution strategies and project timelines, monitor the progress
Contract Margin Review
- Supporting the yearly contract actualization to determine the contract margin
- Accountable highlighting contractual deviations to regional service organization and documenting
- Accountable to respond to financial audit requests to fulfil statutory compliance
- Act as advocate between operational and finance teams
- Close contact with internal peers
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics and/or technical field, or adequate job experience with economic background
- Experience in an Analyst role, preferably in contract management area.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with ability in communicating with senior level stakeholders
- Fluent oral and written English, German knowledge an advantage
