Key Accountabilities/ Execution:
- Participate in improvement projects within the Service Contract Management area
- Data validation using different systems and platforms
- Report creation to support the team's daily work (Microsoft Excel usage)
- Maintain the Service Contract models up-to-date in the relevant tool to ensure financial backlog reporting, operational forecasting and risk portfolio management
- Data collection for possible audits
- Report creation with tableau / SQL - not necessarily but it's an advantage
Your profile:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) and MS Outlook
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently, work out and apply new ways of resolution
- Team player attitude
- Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
- Deadline oriented, strong attention to detail is a must
