Service Contract Management Intern

Key Accountabilities/ Execution:

  • Participate in improvement projects within the Service Contract Management area
  • Data validation using different systems and platforms
  • Report creation to support the team's daily work (Microsoft Excel usage)
  • Maintain the Service Contract models up-to-date in the relevant tool to ensure financial backlog reporting, operational forecasting and risk portfolio management
  • Data collection for possible audits
  • Report creation with tableau / SQL - not necessarily but it's an advantage

Your profile:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) and MS Outlook
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently, work out and apply new ways of resolution
  • Team player attitude
  • Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
  • Deadline oriented, strong attention to detail is a must
