Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service contract and digital subscription addendums and documentation associated with renewals and offerings.
- Analyze contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government regulations, and revenue recognition requirements.
- Enter and maintain service contracts for released products in the Contract Database
- Process Service Contract and subscription billings for customers and distributors.
- Maintain Intuitive’s various contract databases.
- Generate and distribute reports for the purpose of monitoring and measuring service contract status and revenue.
- Assist Finance and Field Service on service contract collections.
- Support Field Service in the daily service contract activities.
- Assist Contracts team with Surgeon Service, Proctoring, System Move, and Marketing agreements.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations with external customers; coordinate various functions within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Knowledge of standard legal terms and conditions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English required.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient SAP skills and a general knowledge of its reporting functions
- Proactive and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Education and Training
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 5 years of related work experience
