Summary of Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
- Prepare restaurant tables, assist in setting/clearing up, and maintain the cleanliness of the venue as well as maintaining cleanliness in the nightclub
- Present restaurant menus, make recommendations, and assist customers in selecting food/beverages
- Upsell promotional items and provide suggestions for an enhanced experience
- Ensure that the highest standards of customer service are provided to handle customer inquiries, complaints, any issues, and feedback that may arise in a professional manner to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Requirements
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Proven experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the same field
- Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage
- Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work outdoors under direct sunlight; in all weather conditions
- Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
