The Server Administrator will need to be familiar with attended and unattended remote access, phone, and email ticketing. Typical installations include physical server installation, installation of Windows Server 2018 and above, and/or Linux based image retrieval.

Responsibilities
- Lifecycle of Server equipment support.
- · Installation, configuration and maintenance of Server software
- · Management of Studio CCTV system.
- · Studio equipment installation, configuration, maintenance and repair works within area of expertise.
- · Operation in company server rooms according to internal processes; Research & Development activities within area of expertise.
- · Configuration and management of access layer network devices
- · Working with network engineering team to ensure reliability and functionality of infrastructure
- · Space reservation in Studio server rooms, including rack layout and capacity planning
- · Installation and removal of racked equipment in Studio server rooms
- · Routine check of Studio server rooms
- · Provide access and perform escorted visits in Studio server rooms
- · Monitor state of Studio server room environment
- · Consolidate, develop and update Studio server room information
- · Participate in R&D activities
- · Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leave and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.
Qualification Requirements and Competencies
- · 2+ years’ experience in installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows OS, Linux OS, and experience in deploying and maintaining servers and network equipment.
- · 6 months experience working in an Active Directory environment with systems tools such as a Wire Shark, Fluke Meter, Multi-meter and other low voltage-based tools.
- · Detailed understanding and working knowledge of server-side operating systems such as Windows Server 2018 R2+ and/or various Linux distros.
- · Detailed understanding of server hardware and physical installation practices.
- · Detailed understanding of DNS. (MX, SPF, DKIM, etc.).
- · Understanding of routers and firewalls
- · Familiarity with Apache, Bind, etc. a plus
- · Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark.
- · Prior technical phone and email support experience.
- · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
- · Must be able to obtain a gaming license.
- · Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- · Willingness and ability to occasionally travel (within North America and abroad).
- English Level B2+
