🗨️ About the Position
- Lunit’s Medical Affairs team has a strong clinical background consisting of MDs, biostatisticians and biomedical researchers with relevant work experience, working together as a one team. As a Medical Writer you will play an active role in ongoing projects including clinical trials, internally and externally driven research and providing medical support for regulatory processes. You will be responsible for writing trial documents, research articles, journals and other necessary documentation.
🚩 Roles & Responsibilities
- Compile, write and edit documents for clinical research that include but not limited to Clinical Study Protocols, Clinical Study Reports, Investigator’s Brochures and Clinical Evaluation Reports.
- Review clinical research documents primarily written by other team members including Statistical Analysis Plans and table/figure/listing specifications.
- Write and edit high-quality medical research articles and abstracts. Lunit conducts various clinical research projects in collaboration with academic institutions and companies. For certain studies, the medical writer will draft the first manuscript with support from medical directors and biostatisticians. Perform literature searches as needed.
- Communicate with various departments and counterparts including medical directors, data management team, biostatistician and biomedical researchers. The medical writer is responsible for verifying the data and conducting thorough quality checks in these communications.
Requirements
🎯Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific discipline include, but not limited to biomedical science, medicine, nursing or pharmacy
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant industry
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong English writing skill
🎯Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- Proficiency in using applications for scientific article writing (e.g. Endnote, etc.)
- Native English speaker
