🗨️ About the Position

  • As an International Funding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying government funding opportunities in global markets and securing resources for public projects through partnerships with international organizations and foundations. This position involves planning and winning global ODA projects, managing tender processes systematically, and supporting institutional negotiations and communications. Additionally, you will evaluate project performance and prepare reports, ensuring the successful completion of each initiative. We are looking for a passionate, curious, and skilled professional eager to shape the future of healthcare.

🚩 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure global B2G funding opportunities, with a focus on markets such as the U.S, APAC, EU.
  • Develop and execute partnership and funding strategies with international organizations and foundations for public sector projects.
  • Plan and win new ODA projects in overseas markets.
  • Review tender processes, prepare bid proposals, and support institutional negotiations and communications.
  • Prepare and support project performance reports and evaluations.

Requirements

🎯Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in global B2G (government funding or ODA).
  • Proficiency in business English, including presentation and report writing.
  • Strong skills in market research and proposal development.
  • Overall understanding of the healthcare industry and passion for artificial intelligence.
  • Experience with international organizations or the global healthcare market.
  • Quick learning ability and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and effective teamwork skills.
  • Performance and goal-oriented approach.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

🎯Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of public project planning in digital healthcare.
  • Highly effective communication skills.
  • Evidence-based communicator.
