Lunit, a portmanteau of ‘Learning unit,’ is a medical AI software company devoted to providing AI-powered total cancer care. Our AI solutions help discover cancer and predict cancer treatment outcomes, achieving timely and individually-tailored cancer treatment.
🗨️ About the team
The goal of the Organizational Development team is to enhance and improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Lunit. We focus on various aspects, including onboarding, employee development, leadership training, change management, and organizational culture. We work collaboratively with many different teams to implement initiatives to achieve the goals and mission of Lunit.
🚩 Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide English language training to Lunit members at different proficiency levels, including 1:1 classes, group classes, or various formats.
- Develop customized training materials to meet the specific needs of different departments.
- Provide training to develop global business communication skills including business-specific terminology, writing skills, and presentation techniques that contribute to the company's performance.
- Manage the Language training program; class registration, attendance check, tracking the progress, and language proficiency assessment and feedback.
- Assist employees with English documentation reviews or English language questions where necessary.
Requirements
🎯 Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching business English in the corporate, government or adult education
- OR over 2+ years of corporate in-house training experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Proficient business English writing, and speech experience in a corporate setting
- Language program operation experience
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team
- ‘Live to learn’ mindset and inspired to develop others
- Interested in learning areas of medical, software, AI etc.
- Have a creative and broader perspectives

- Experience working in IT or healthcare industry
- Interpretation experience
