🗨️About the team

The Human Resources team works for employees in the Seoul office (HQ) and global offices. The HR team actively analyses new systems and policies, reviews them from various perspectives, and adapts them to Lunit. We think and plan based on evidence, and find ways to implement them. We support each other in difficult moments, complementing each other's strengths.

We're seeking a dedicated HR professional to shape and lead our Global HR strategies, ensuring alignment with local laws across our international locations. You'll be pivotal in enhancing our global HR operations, managing payroll, and refining processes. 🚩 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement, evaluate, and operate Lunitʼs Global HR strategies and policies according to each country's characteristics and local law compliance
  • Review and improve the Global HR operation systems according to the overseas corporation establishment (EU, US, and other countries)
  • Manage payroll workflow and compensation in global sites
  • Operate and manage expatriate strategies and processes related to selection/appointment/return of expatriates and overseas dispatched employees
  • Handle problems and situations stemming from overseas locations
  • Resolve intricate employee relations matters in a just and objective manner, in consultation with legal
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
  • Manage global HR data including overseas region/subsidiary data
  • Manage and improve the global recruiting pipeline

Requirements

🎯 Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in global HR or a similar role in multinational company
  • Solid working knowledge in global HR functions including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and global HR planning/application/operation
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Korean
  • Extensive knowledge of international employment laws and ability to advise on laws and regulations affecting HR practices
  • Actively identify and enhances solutions essential to the development process, demonstrating flexibility across various work domains
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others and closely listen to the ideas the ideas and perspectives of team members

🏅 Preferred Experiences

  • Experience in Global HR Consulting
  • Experience in supporting overseas branch/entity set-up
  • Experience in payroll agency management
  • Experience in expatriate management
  • Experience in IT or healthcare fields
  • HR degree holder or HR certification holder (e.g.,PHR, GPHR, SHRM-CP).
