The Technical Product Management team plays a crucial role in making key technical decisions and is poised to become a important player in the development process of Lunit INSIGHT.
🗨️About the Position
Engineering manager(Technical Product Manager) of Cancer Screening Group is
- Define SRS(software requirement specifications) of SaMD(Software as a Medical Device)
- Engineer product requirements and translate them into SRS
- Analyze customer feedback and discuss how to meet their needs with the product managers
- Manage and document refined software requirements for effective development
- In this process, the ability to make decisions by considering the perspectives of various stakeholders in a balanced manner is required
- If needed, interact directly with the technical team of the customer or partner
🚩Roles & Responsibilities
- Requirement Engineer: Define software requirements from product requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into software requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as customers, Lunit engineering teams, and sales teams.
- Conducts analysis of VOC and integrates relevant insights into product requirements.
- Make a decision and document software requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for projects that require product development.
- Engineering Manager: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and cost-effective development of the product.
Requirements
🎯Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, (software) engineering, or a related field or proven career experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of software development
- Advanced Korean communication skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
🏅 Preferred Experiences
- 5+ years of technical product management experience
- Experience in launching software medical device products
- Medical and healthcare industry experience
- Advanced English communication skills
- Knowledge of how AI works
- Knowledge of DICOM specification
- Knowledge of QMS
