🗨️ About the position

The Commercial Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing business efficiency and profitability. This professional is responsible for collecting and examining sales data to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and fortify business processes. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough business analyses, preparing periodic sales reports, tracking essential metrics, and performing variance analyses. Furthermore, they are tasked with clearly defining business requirements for stakeholders.

🚩 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and prioritize initiatives based on business requirements.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor insights to provide actionable recommendations and insights for enhancing sales strategies.
  • Identify strategies to enhance sales performance through the analysis and assessment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, support business reporting in Salesforce, and conduct data cleansing to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes, training, and performance management. And be the one “contact” / gatekeeper for any changes to Salesforce.
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce and technologies to streamline processes and enhance the sales team's efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure consistent application of best practices and achievement of sales targets.
  • Facilitate the integration and implementation of a new business strategy by working closely with the related teams.
  • Drive the standardization of commercial processes by adoption of Tableau and other Salesforce features.
  • Work with outside companies to integrate 3rd party data to Salesforce for lead generation and opportunity tracking.

Requirements

🎯 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing or related
  • 5 + years of relevant experience in business analyst, commercial analyst, commercial excellence, etc
    • Fluent in English to work in an international workplace
  • Power-user in analytical tools such as MS office, Power BI and CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively as well as a willingness to work independently with guidance
  • Ability to develop and communicate thoughts effectively, both orally and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others

🏅 Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the medical industry or healthcare IT is preferred
  • Experience with medical AI is preferred
  • Experiences in multi-national company are preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP (Oracle or SAP) is preferred
