What you will be doing
The job of the SEO Specialist at Quidax is to be the brand custodian and gate keeper of the image of the company; basically, your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. You sit on the marketing team while you shape the visual identity of the brand from elementary output like social media design to integrated marketing campaigns or branding at events or other brand touch points such as the app or website.
What your day-to-day looks like
Conduct in-depth research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases that align with business goals.
Analyze keyword trends, search volume, and competition to prioritize targets.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and URLs, to improve search engine rankings.
Ensure content is structured for readability and includes relevant keywords naturally.
Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and other web content.
Perform regular site audits to identify and fix technical issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and slow page speed.
Optimize website structure and navigation to enhance user experience and search engine crawlability.
Implement schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files to improve search engine indexing.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
Monitor and manage the website's backlink profile to avoid penalties and maintain a strong reputation.
Engage with online communities, forums, and social media to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
