SEO Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our growing team. As an SEO Manager at MotorK, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, conduct keyword research, analyze performance data, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and opportunities.
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing content, meta tags, headings as well as pages optimizations (keywords, title, meta description, headings, image alt attributes, internal linking, content...)
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting search engine rankings, including monitoring of errors, indexation, search engine crawl
  • Monitor and improve website performance, including site speed and mobile optimization
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Prepare progress and performance reports to monitor the effectiveness of SEO strategy
  • Perform monthly website audits to identify SEO risk and areas for improvement
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of SEO efforts
  • Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for website content improvements and expansion
  • Keep up-to-date with best practices in SEO and share knowledge with the team
  • Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and market trends
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SEO-related issues as they arise

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an SEO Strategist, preferably in a senior role, thus demonstrating prior experience with creating and executing SEO strategies
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or SEO Analyzer)
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, industry best practices, and current events
  • Familiarity with basic HTML (e.g. you recognize tags like you recognize tags like <head> and <li>)
  • Knowledge of Analytics to break down data sets to create custom reports
  • Keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
  • Experience catering to the unique needs of a diverse set of client contacts, including C-suite executives, is a great plus

  • Permanent contract, full time (35 - 39 hours based on seniority)
