We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO/SEM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all search engine optimization and marketing activities, including content strategy, link building, keyword strategy, and paid search campaigns, to increase our online presence and drive qualified traffic to our website.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, visibility, and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to meet ROI goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital marketing landscape.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and SEM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed optimizations.
- Optimize landing pages to improve ad quality scores and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO and SEM Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, including HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
- Experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic web development skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
