We are looking for a talented and data-driven SEO/SEM Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Bing, and other search engines to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
- Perform ongoing optimization of website content, including blogs, articles, and other assets, to improve organic traffic.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Manage SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other relevant search engines.
Requirements
- Proven SEO/SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and other search engines.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads or Analytics certifications.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Magento, or Shopify.
- Experience with e-commerce SEO and SEM strategies.
