Save My Exams is a rapidly growing EdTech business on the lookout for an ambitious SEO Product Manager to lead our Product and technical SEO efforts. Search is a critical part to our growth strategy, so if you’re interested in being at the beating heart of a dynamic scale-up, read on. 

Reaching up to 2m monthly active users and with more than 100,000 paying members, all while being bootstrapped and profitable, we’re looking for a passionate SEO expert to join our team (reporting to the VP of Growth) and take our organic search traffic to the next level.

The Role

To love this role, here’s the type of person you are:

  • You are an SEO expert with some Product Management knowledge or a Product Manager with a deep understanding of SEO
  • You have a proven track record of success scaling organic search traffic, in particular in product-driven SEO businesses and through programmatic SEO
  • You are passionate about SEO, stay up-to-date on latest SEO trends and best-practice, and are excited about building and executing world-class SEO Product strategies
  • You're highly analytical and use data to drive your decision-making

Your Responsibilities

  • Own our Product SEO strategy, execution, and outcomes, gaining a deep understanding of our target market and competitors to identify areas of growth
  • Lead a team of engineers and product designers to come up with and execute on a brilliant product SEO roadmap that drives valuable organic search traffic
  • Define, analyse, and report on metrics that inform how your product initiatives can drive maximum relevant organic search traffic at scale in a predictable manner
  • Own all Product Management responsibilities for the SEO squad, including managing the backlog, writing up tickets, running stand-ups & retros, and ensuring your team executes at high velocity
  • Implement technical SEO best practices across the site
  • Own the SEO Product roadmap & backlog and prioritise ruthlessly to make sure we’re always working on the highest impact tasks
  • Be the go-to technical SEO expert for the company, liaising with Content, Marketing, and other Product squads to ensure Product SEO best practices are implemented across the business
