SEO Content Specialist

As an SEO Content Specialist at Epicareer, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing content that adheres to the principles of E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness). Your primary responsibility will be to manage freelance SEO writers and produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that not only ranks well on search engines but also establishes our platform as a trusted source of information in the freelancing industry.

1. Content Creation: Generate engaging and informative content for our platform, including blog posts, resources, and other relevant materials.
2. E-E-A-T Guidelines: Ensure that all content aligns with E-E-A-T guidelines. This involves showcasing your experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness in each piece.
3. SEO Optimization: Implement best SEO practices to improve content visibility and search engine rankings. Keyword research and optimization will be a key part of your role.
4. Content Calendar: Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute a content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content.
5. Quality Assurance: Review, proof, and edit contents created by freelancers to ensure it meets our E-E-A-T and SEO standards.
6. Freelancer Management: Work closely with freelancers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance the quality of their work.
7. Research: Stay updated on industry trends and freelancer-related topics to generate fresh ideas for content.

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent in a related field
• You’ve held a mid role for at least > 2 years in SEO content writing with B2B or B2C experience, preferably in a tech startup or the human resource industries.
• Proven track record in creating SEO contents with demonstrated and impactful results in SEO growth.
• Having the ability to do desk and online research
• Creative, detail-oriented, and has good communication skills
• Having good knowledge of writing in Indonesian and English
• Having a basic knowledge of SEO content strategy and on-page SEO (keyword, heading, meta, alternative text, etc.) would be an asset
• Hands-on expertise in managing freelance content writers with justified results in vital metrics.
• Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while having attention to detail.
• An excellent communicator and team player.
• Willing to accept new challenges in growing new products.

Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta.
