Development and execution of the partnership relation with the client
Management of the planification for this specific panel both on macro (business and research project) and micro level (expert panel session definition, set-up of test design)
Moderation of expert panel sessions for training and evaluation purposes
Responsible of panel performance: program questionnaire, analysis, recommendations, and action plan execution
Raw data preparation for data delivery to the client
Analysis, report creation and recommendations
Results presentation to the client
Coordination and execution of recruitment and selection of new panelist if needed
Development of the Sensory Team in collaboration with the other members via transversal projects (improvement of panel recruitment process, data analysis, panel performance analysis, etc.)
Active participation to the development of SAM Germany by collaborating with the other research teams across SAM countries
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Sensory
First-hand experience in Expert Panel Moderation
Strong knowledge of sensory approach and statistics applied to Sensory
Confident communicator in German, both spoken and written. Excellent English is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge in Survey Software (such as RedJade) is a plus
Ability to work in a cross-functional and intercultural environment with multiple stakeholders
Open-minded, Easy to connect and Creative mindset
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changes in real-time and meet timelines
