We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Website Marketing Manager to join our world-class B2B marketing team at Axonius. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving the strategic vision, development, and optimization of our global website, with a strong focus on scaling its capabilities and impact. What You’ll Do:

  • Supports the overarching strategic vision (strategy, roadmap, and requirements) of all major web projects spanning design, development, and optimization.
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain a website roadmap based on organization and user needs including effectively communicating roadmap to leadership and stakeholders, and product requirements to development team/external vendors
  • Drives the CRO process from beginning to end, including research, test idea intake, testing roadmap, hypothesis development, design and development, execution, reporting and analytics.
  • Focus on building new capabilities, experiences and a roadmap for content and experiences across platforms. 
  • Lead the execution of B2B focused website initiatives (features/functionality, content, experiences) for the site based on business needs, data, insights, trends, etc.
  • Prioritize features and maintain product backlog for website development based on user value, organizational needs, and technical feasibility
  • Define and drive key performance indicators and success metrics for B2B content and experiences.
  • Leverage data to uncover trends, identify user segments and funnels, and to inform product decisions for the website (ie. user experience). 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables and lead project execution.
  • Content Implementation:
    • Implement new content on the website, including, but not limited to blog posts, product pages, category pages, lead magnets, and landing pages.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with overall strategy and is in alignment with briefs

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7+ years in website management role with a track record of driving website growth, managing a roadmap, and improving key metrics.
  • Managed and led corporate websites on various content management systems ( e.g. ContentFull, ContentStack, Wordpress, AEM).  Ideally, you’ll have experience with Headless CMS also.
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of running a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management system, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, platform tools, localization, and budgeting.
  • Experience in leading the design, UX, development, and content creation of Websites, to craft compelling, high performing B2B web experience.
  • Experience with localization tools such as WeGlot, WebFlow, Welocalise, Smartling, etc
  • Highly effective collaborator, strategic partner, and consensus builder with other teams, helping them translate business requirements into customer-centric web experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior executives and across functional teams, particularly in aligning cross-functional strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, leadership, and communication skills, capable of articulating vision and influencing both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytical and market research tools.

Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. A candidate’s salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus.

Annual Salary Range (does not include bonus or equity)
$150,000$170,000 USD
