We’re seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager (on-site) in Colonial Heights, Virginia who will be responsible for the overall management and effectiveness of distribution center operations. Provide world-class operational support to meet or exceed customer and internal business needs consistently. Motivates the team to get the job done with teamwork and cooperation while developing staff and operational effectiveness.

- Proven Leader with at least 5 years of experience effectively leading teams of 40 or more, including hiring, documentation, termination, training, and acting as an effective change agent.
- Experience managing and developing salaried exempt leaders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse and distribution center procedures and concepts.
- Ability to make difficult decisions, solve problems, prioritize assignments, generate and utilize reports, and manage projects.
- Advanced experience with ERP & WMS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
- Prior experience of 1-3 years in directing internal and external sanitation processes
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in business, engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or an associated field is preferred.
- Knowledge of distribution center safety rules and regulations
- This is a HANDS-ON position. It requires the ability to work until the job is completed daily. Physical requirements include walking, stooping, lifting to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods of time.
