About the role
The TOMRA Senior Warehouse Assistant is responsible for purchasing parts and replenishing stocks. Tracking of incoming and outgoing parts will be done both through our IFS management system and outside of it. This position will be responsible for carrying out inventory and other processes with the Warehouse Keeper.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for purchasing and keeping stock inventory of parts and stock replenishment for warehouse and vans from all country
- Implement Inventory standardization including all inventory tasks and stocktaking procedures
- Managing all inventory issues including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Responsible for returns and repairs
- Point of contact for external vendors and suppliers of inventory and spare parts
- Maintaining orders within in-house systems
- Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
- Dealing with Customs clearance and forwarding agents, under supervision of Operational Manager
- Connect with Finance department in matters related to inventory, stock counting, acquisitions, suppliers, compliance
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position
- Clean criminal record
- Solid knowledge of statutory inventory evidence
- Microsoft Office - excel, word, outlook, teams is required
- Previous work with an ERP system is a plus
- Good organizational skills
- English - good proficiency
- Driving license B
