The Role: 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our products, marketing collateral, website, and company slide decks. You will be responsible for leading design initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding visual experiences. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design portfolio, extensive experience in visual design, and a passion for creating exceptional user-centric designs.

This role is based out of our Palo Alto, CA office, and an Onsite interview is required as part of the process.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design process for product user interfaces, marketing materials, and website assets, from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Conceptualize and develop creative design concepts, layouts, and prototypes that communicate the intended message and brand identity.
• Create comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries to maintain consistency and streamline the design process across projects.
• Conceptualize and edit engaging video content that effectively communicates key features and benefits, including product demos and promotional videos.
• Design GIF animations to showcase product features and interactions in a visually appealing and engaging manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in visual design and user experience.
• Champion design thinking and advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design assets and seamless integration of designs into the final product.
• Continuously evaluate and refine design processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in designing for web, mobile, and print in B2B enterprise environment.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar software.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Proven track record of leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Leadership skills with a proactive mindset and a passion for mentoring and inspiring others.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs that enhance the user experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
