Senior Visual & Motion Designer

Interweave is looking for a Senior Visual and Motion Designer, a design Thinker, to think and execute designs across platforms and channels.

You will collaborate with creatives, strategists and marketers and build with them great brand experiences online and offline. Our goal, and part of your job, is to create visual worlds, highly engaging, which will exceed client expectations and objectives.

You will have the opportunity to work along with Interweavers, clients and brands across different countries and regions.

Responsibilities

• Translate ideas into designs, using an innovating, high-aesthetic and functional way
• Develop creative ideas and pixel perfect design
• Visualization of social media content and social media concepts
• Be up-to-date on new formats and trends on all social media platforms
• Understand a brand’s brief, strategy and overall needs, in order to provide the right design solution to each requirement
• Brainstorm with insight and empathy to help solve problems in awesome and compelling ways
• Collaborate with internal teams, as well as, client teams when necessary.
• Effectively articulate the reasons for every decision in your design and how they enhance the brand values
• Work end-to-end to ship great deliverables with extra attention to detail

Requirements

• 3 years of design experience in an agency setting - brand-side, digital agency or creative studio
• 4+ years of experience in Visual Design
• 1+ years of experience in Animation/Motion Design
• Strong conceptual thinking. Designers are expected not only to execute ideas but to be a part of the initial creative process
• Aesthetics and design skills with high attention to detail
• Experience on designing fresh and innovative designs, that implement to all mediums, such as social media, print, web, mobile, etc.
• Passion for everything design related, including conceptual thinking, typography and motion.
• Knowledge on creation of brand identities and design guidelines
• Photography and video creation/production skills a big plus
• Leadership skills. Our designers have the opportunity – and responsibility – to come up with great ideas and work with junior designers to see them through to the finish
• The ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team – you’ll need to do both here, so we want need people who can get their marching orders and go as well as communicate and collaborate
• Experience in estimating projects' timelines, assuming the responsibility for the ongoing status of each task next to every team member involved, notifying them when and if the scope exceeds the original calculation.
• Respect deadlines and adhere to them
• Highly organised and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Continuously learning and exploring on the field. Showing strong appreciation and knowledge of user experience and fundamental design principles
