POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Videographer to join our dynamic marketing team at Vasion, a leading SaaS company. As the Senior Videographer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content that showcases our brand, products, and customer success stories. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop video strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Video Production & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit a variety of video content, including product demos, tutorials, testimonials, social media ads, event coverage, and brand stories. Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent tone, style, and quality.
• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video campaigns that align with strategic goals and messaging. Pitch innovative ideas and stay updated on trends in video production, storytelling, and content marketing.
• Project Management: Manage end-to-end production workflows, including pre-production (storyboarding, scripting, location scouting) and post-production (editing, color grading, motion graphics). Prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality results.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with designers, writers, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all video content. 
• Guidance and Mentorship: Work closely with our videographer and external contractors to help grow skills and experience of the team and ensure output meets creative and technical standards.

Performance Optimization: Evaluate video performance metrics and apply insights to optimize future content. Stay informed about platform-specific requirements and trends (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of professional video production experience, preferably in a marketing or SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
• Strong knowledge of video equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear) and on-set production best practices.
• Experience creating content for multiple channels (social media, websites, webinars, paid ads, etc.).
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and compelling visuals.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of video projects, including commercial, social, and corporate content.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of SaaS products and customer personas.
• Experience with live-streaming setups and webinar production.
• Familiarity with video SEO best practices and accessibility standards (e.g., captions, subtitles).
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management skills and experience using Workfront.
