The Senior Video Content Creator role will be responsible for getting involved in a wide variety of Marketing projects, primarily responsible for the production of video content in Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia and Romania. This role will require leadership and mentorship, creativity, the ability to work under strict deadlines, an aptitude for working with others and high attention to detail. This position presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Video Content Creator who can provide a comprehensive and organised approach to shaping brand identities.
Main Responsibilities:
- To take ownership of video content production processes and their implementation within the Marketing Department
- To educate and advise the team about the best camera equipment set up for photo and video shoots
- To lead, film and edit video and photographic content for Live Casino’s new game launches, new studios, dedicated studios and games, and behind-the-scenes content
- To lead and work on the production of video content for various industry events
- To work on the ongoing production of material for our social media channels and Investor Relations needs
- To undertake project-specific roles for any marketing productions that need specific assistance or owner-ship
- To work closely with other members of the Marketing Team to assist in developing storyboards, as well as deliver creative and original ideas
- Undertake research to keep up with new trends, as well as provide reports on improvements and new ideas
- Ensure the appropriate use of corporate logo, colours, templates and signatures in line with the corporate guidelines
- Contribute to an effective, efficient, and productive Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are followed
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
- Degree in Creative Field, covering the fundamentals of Videography & Photography
- 5 years+ of Videography & Photography experience
- Good command of English language (both written and spoken)
- Previous agency experience or in a similar marketing role in a B2B environment would be advantageous.
- Highly skilled in the complete Adobe Creative Suite with advanced skills in Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, & Premiere Pro
- Superior attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility and mentorship
- Familiarity with current trends in colour, technology, communications, art, and other design influences
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

- Flexible approach to work – working proactively as part of a small team, in a larger organisation, with the ability to work alone as well as part of the team.
