Our client is a programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies.
The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations will report into the COO and work closely with the CRO. As a key member of the executive team, this leader will drive operational excellence, implement scalable processes, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, optimizing business operations, and enabling growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Operations Management
- Develop and evolve organizational structure to support business delivery and excellent client service, partnering closely with the CRO
- Develop resourcing plans, aligning to business needs in a changing environment
- Garner feedback from clients and implementation of needed improvements
- Work closely with the commercial org and finance leadership to surface trends and insights that will help improve efficiency and operational delivery and help sustain continuous growth ambitions.
- Work with department leads and finance leadership to align investments asks to business priorities.

- Drive a goal-oriented culture of success, accountability and continuous learning while always ensuring we maintain our people-first culture
- Act as an influential voice within the business to propagate best leadership practices at every level of the organization
- Evaluate development needs across the organization and work with global L&D leadership and outside vendors to facilitate up skilling across the business
- Indirectly manage an HR Manager responsible for HR delivery in Canada.
- Ensure cultural alignment of people initiatives
- Thought Leadership
- Keep up with industry trends and stay up to date with internal and external innovation
- Represent our client at Industry events; contribute thought leadership to industry organizations

- Strong leadership experience within the media landscape with advanced understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and other digital channels.
- Experience leading large teams of diverse humans, focusing on business operations.
