Senior Vice President, Exiger Compliance

Role Overview:

As SVP, Exiger Compliance, you will lead the company’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Exiger Compliance offering. You’ll work cross-functionally to define client needs, tailor market messaging, interact across regulatory bodies, and partner across the business to execute the sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy for Exiger Compliance that aligns with business objectives. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated implementation.
• Sales Collaboration: Educate and align the sales team on product features, client regulatory and compliance concerns, and effective market messaging.
• Marketing: Collaborate with marketing to define and refine market messaging to communicate the value proposition effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Customer Success: Build strong client relationships, ensuring product satisfaction and compliance.
• Industry Engagement: Engage with regulatory bodies, industry associations, policy makers, and partners to influence and stay informed on legislation and regulations. Represent Exiger at industry conferences, hearings, roundtables, and other high-profile events.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of leadership experience with a focus on compliance, risk management, geoeconomics, and governing regulations.
• Thought leader in the area of supply chain and governing regulations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and drive business growth in AI-powered SaaS products.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing legislation, policies, and regulations on economic security and compliance issues.
• Must have active security clearance.
