As the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ChildServe's operating companies. In this dynamic leadership position, you will drive strategy, inspire performance, and champion innovation to ensure each company thrives. Your efforts will strengthen their impact, advancing our mission and vision while achieving strategic, operational, and financial excellence.
 
What You'll Do
  • Partner with the CEO and the Executive Team to nurture a mission-driven culture and develop and evaluate organizational strategy.
  • In collaboration with the CEO, support governance through partnership with the Board of Directors, Board of Trustees, and related committees.
  • Align operating companies with ChildServe’s mission and strategy, fostering intercompany collaboration to deliver an integrated system of care that improves the health and well-being of children and young adults.
  • Drive strategic growth through organic expansion, geographic accessibility, and mergers.
  • Ensure operational and financial success across all operating companies.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and staff engagement, building organizational and leadership capacity to sustain long-term success.
  • Oversee organizational planning, compliance, performance systems, and budget management to achieve strategic and operational goals.
What You'll Need
  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as public administration, business administration, or healthcare administration.
  • Ten years of professional experience marked by advancement through leadership roles in complex environments.
  • Five years of Executive/Senior-Level experience in regulated environments that involve accreditation, health and human services licensing, and compliance with external regulations.
  • Experience developing and implementing organizational strategy while overseeing complex operations in health or human services settings.
  • Ability to drive significant organizational change and lead collaboration, partnerships, and merger strategies.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
