How will you contribute to Skroutz vision
Our User Research team aims to deeply understand Skroutz’s Customers & Merchants. It uses a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to understand their needs, pain points and behaviour throughout their e-commerce lifecycle (inside and outside Skroutz).
We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher who understands business requirements, incorporates them into research opportunities and conducts research studies independently end-to-end, helping cross functional teams to map the user experience.
What you will be doing
- Generative/ Foundational Research: Besides evaluative research, our team focuses a lot on research that deeply “generates” an understanding of who our customers are and what they experience in their everyday lives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product designers, product managers, BI analysts to clarify and define research objectives
- Conduct research on Skroutz & Merchants Platform by using various methodologies likes interviews, surveys, usability tests
- Develop team's research toolkit to extend across all levels of complexity
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear learnings with compelling evidence
- Communicate research insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
- Contribute to research repository by adding research results and updating insights in order to keep the repository up to date
- Own research operational and administrative tasks like participant recruiting and gift card distribution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience conducting end-to-end UX research across software products in a usability and generative setting
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing research projects using established quantitative and/or qualitative methodological approaches (e.g. interviewing, survey research, usability studies etc.)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Ability to toggle between owning and executing end-to-end research and leveraging insights to shape strategy and influence decision making with key stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Demonstrated experience working closely with product development teams, in an Agile environment
- Proficiency in Greek: the role involves regular interactions with Greek-speaking stakeholders, and a strong command of the Greek language is essential to ensure effective communication
