You will create memorable and consistent user experiences for Experian's web properties, applying your UI/UX design skills and user-centered design principles. You'll develop high-quality visual designs, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, collaborating with multiple teams. Your role includes driving user research activities and maintaining a responsive design system.
This role is remote in the US and reports to the Senior Director of Web Marketing.
You will:
- Develop visual designs, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Collaborate with teams including product owners, digital marketers, and web developers.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and apply findings to improve designs.
- Manage a responsive design system across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Create and communicate UI components and mockups for several breakpoints and contexts.
- Support the QA process to ensure features are implemented as intended.
- Audit existing web properties for UI/UX improvements and provide recommendations.
- Present design portfolios and participate in design exercises.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, UX, human factors, visual design, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing web, mobile interfaces, micro interactions, and style guides.
- Experience in User-Centered Design (UCD) process for enterprise websites and building responsive websites and scalable designs.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and wire-framing tools.
- Experience in user research, usability testing, performance metrics, writing user stories, and capturing requirements.
- Experience with design principles (color, typography, layouts), Bootstrap framework, and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience working in Agile teams and managing complex UX projects.
