Summary:
Our client - Salesforce, is undergoing a programme of work which is halfway through large scale 2 year IT transformation. This is a delivery project with approx 80 Salesforce resources working with a health insurance customer to implement a brand new IT system.
This system will support sales, quoting, claims, billing, service, external user portals and more.
With a growing team and influx of features, we recruiting 2 UX designers with a minimum of 5 years experience and ideally more than 4 years of Salesforce knowledge, to support with wire-framing. There are currently 3 UX designers from Salesforce staffed on this project.
This role will be the second UX designer working in the Claims work stream (also known as Feature Team 3 or FT3). This team consists of approx 15 Salesforce resources split between five sub-teams responsible for solutioning and technical design. We currently have one UX designer across all sub-teams and are looking to balance this workload with another designer.
