We are seeking a remote Senior UI / UX Designer to join a U.S. based distributed team of senior professionals to deliver market leading software solutions.
- Part of a design process involving research, experimentation, and revision
- Incorporate usability testing feedback
- Collaborate with others and work well with developers and product management
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Solve all sorts of design challenges with creativity, efficiency and precision; a full stack designer (interaction, usability, graphic design, html, css)
Required Experience:
- 5+ years experience as a UI / UX designer
- Strong administrative/organizational skills (ability to effectively prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines on multiple projects)
- Professional experience building original web sites and applications focused on user experience
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
Nice to have:
- Experience working with North American software companies
Strong preference for candidates from the United States, Canada, Caribbean, and Latin America.
