• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers in a fast-paced Agile environment, taking ownership of projects.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative user research for design insights, assembling competitive analysis, and best practices to understand consumer market trends and needs.
• Deliver user-centric Visual and Interaction Design, defining essential user journeys and functional requirements with a design perspective.
• Present design work to business stakeholders, advising on experience design best practices.
• Collaborate with digital agencies to ensure design deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for Web apps, Mobile apps, and Interaction Design.
• Experience in wireframing and requirement gathering technique for design.
• Handson experience in Figma and workflow.
• Established knowledge in User Experience and Interaction Design methodologies with a solid understanding of reusable patterns and Design Systems.
• Strong ability to self-direct, organize, and manage multiple complex projects.
• Clear and concise presentation skills for ideas, proposals, strategy, and UI/UX concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Team player mentality, open to constructive criticism, and collaborative towards common goals.
• Confident storyteller with a customer-centric approach.
