About the Role: As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, contributing to the success of our business clients. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may be engaged in other projects within our portfolio, allowing you to expand your skills and explore new design challenges. Whether creating cutting-edge interfaces for our flagship products or collaborating on innovative solutions for new ventures, you will be empowered to make a meaningful impact and drive user experience excellence across multiple fronts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to explain design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Previous experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience designing for a variety of industries, including healthcare, marketing, and entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools such as Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure product consistency.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders effectively, incorporating their feedback into the final designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our products.
