About the role
We are seeking for a Senior UI Designer to join a product development team. This role will work closely with UX designers, developers and product manager(s) to guide software user interface development for various products with different specifications and to generate insights from research/study and translate them into ingenious solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs that align with brand guidelines and design best practices, incorporating feedbacks from the stakeholders and usability testing.
- Develop interactive elements and visual animations to enhance user interactions and create engaging user experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design tools and techniques, continuously seeking ways to improve design quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve design solutions and optimize user satisfaction.
About you
[Minimum qualifications]
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design
- Degree in the field of Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial design, visual design, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficient with visual design software such as Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and Figma
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment to create high-quality user interfaces
- Excellent graphics, layout, and UI design ability as well as a keen sense of design
- Strong knowledge of fundamental usability and aesthetic principles to design user interfaces to meet elicited requirements
- Experienced in building the design system in Figma is a plus
- A portfolio to demonstrate experience in creating UI design
