Senior Transformation and Special Operations Manager

The Senior Manager for Special Operations and Transformation is responsible for driving understanding of, and solutions for, our most exciting opportunities and pressing problems. This includes growth projects, such as launching new verticals, or operational improvements, such as reducing our carbon footprint or food waste. The team works across all aspects of operations from menu planning, to inbound logistics, production, and on to the final customer experience.

You will also need to have strong stakeholder management skills, able to organize diverse teams across the business to deliver the best possible results for customers

What You Will Be Doing:

• Strategic Thinking: Develop, refine, and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
• Decision Making: Employ strong data-driven decision-making skills, using data as a guiding tool. 
• Conceptualization and Ideation: Translate vague or complex ideas into tangible and strategic plans, demonstrating a keen ability to extract key insights and opportunities even in the face of uncertainty.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Actively identify hurdles and bottlenecks, applying creative problem-solving skills to find optimal solutions. 
• Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders effectively. Drive a culture of accountability and ensure milestones are met.
• Communication: Clearly articulate strategies, decisions, and reasoning to various stakeholders. Build consensus and alignment through effective communication.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with projects. Develop contingency plans and adapt strategies as needed.
• Accuracy in Estimation: Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in estimating project timelines, resource requirements, and potential challenges.

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London 

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. Hybrid working - 3 days a week needed in the office & flexible start/finish times
