Let’s start with the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Total Rewards Manager to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with our organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.  This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can ensure competitive and compliant reward structures aligned with both global standards and local market needs motivating a diverse multinational team. 

A focus on enhancing employee experience and maintaining clear, open communication will be essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition programs in a multinational environment.

As a Total Rewards Manager, you will:
  • Compensation Management: Develop and oversee the company’s salary structures and compensation programs, including annual salary reviews, benchmarking, and incentive plans. Design and communicate global guidelines and toolboxes to facilitate global alignment;
  • Benefits Administration: Design and manage employee benefits programs, such as healthcare, flexible programs including a variety of benefits according to people's needs, ensuring compliance with local regulations;
  • Job Grading Systems & Policy Alignment: Implement and maintain job grading systems that accurately reflect the organization’s structure and link to relevant HR policies, ensuring fairness and consistency across roles and levels;
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Total Rewards Specialists, providing direction, development opportunities, and performance feedback to support team success in delivering rewards initiatives;
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards in Greece and worldwide;
  • Performance-Based Rewards: Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to connect compensation and benefits with performance management, aligning with individual and business objectives;
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including HR Coes & Business Partners, Finance, Legal and Leadership, to align reward strategies with company objectives and address any department-specific needs;
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze total rewards metrics, provide insights to leadership, and adjust strategies as needed based on data-driven findings;
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external benefits providers, negotiating contracts terms in collaboration with procurement to deliver cost-effective programs that meet employee needs;
  • Employee Experience Focus: Prioritize positive employee experience by developing rewards initiatives that are clearly communicated, accessible, and aligned with employee needs and expectations.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus;
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards roles, with at least 3-5 years within a multinational organization;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting;
  • Ability to adapt reward strategies to evolving market conditions and business needs;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
