Senior Territory Manager

About the team
You will be part of a dynamic and autonomous team from Careem veterans to new tigers who joined on a mission to grow Careem Food all aligned on the same values of ownership, shooting to the moon and being of service to customers, partners, colleagues and captains.
What you'll do
  • Defining & Executing clear strategic objectives for the Acct. Mgmt. team in line with the Business Strategy
  • Deliver revenue against pre-defined targets and objectives
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant landscape and build tactical initiatives to improve Careem's position in the market
  • Provide regular reporting to ensure other team members, as well as operations and corporate support, are fully informed of the latest actions and information.
  • Coach and develop the account management team on key relationship development tactics and skills to maintain preferential business relationships with partners
  • Establish and maintain professional business relationships with our targeted customers and partners
  • Ensure that key accounts receive the required level of  service across all internal functions within the organization to maintain smooth business relationships
  • Educate customers and prospects on our propositions and services
What you'll need
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related degree required
  • FMCG background managing key accounts is a plus
