We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and customer focused Senior Telesales Advisor to join the team based in Bristol.
The successful Senior Telesales Advisor will provide an excellent service to new and existing customers, ensuring that their requirements and expectations are met whilst maximising upselling opportunities to achieve set KPIs and targets.
You will manage your own customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction whilst resolving customer queries regarding orders and products, making outbound calls and updating systems accordingly.
