Senior Technology Enablement Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for driving change related to new business processes, technology implementations, and organizational changes. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing comprehensive change management plans to facilitate awareness, understanding, acceptance, and adoption of these changes. This role will be part of the Strategy & Operations team within BizTech, and your contributions will help fuel the overall growth and success of Guidewire.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management plans across multiple initiatives, including new business processes, technology, and organization changes.
  • Act as a storyteller, connecting various efforts to the value being delivered by effectively communicating the impact and benefits of the changes.
  • Create high quality visual materials, such as Google Slides presentations, videos, and one-page job aids.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders of varying levels to influence, facilitate alignment and develop shared understanding
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan throughout all phases of the project lifecycle to raise awareness, build understanding, foster acceptance, and secure adoption.
  • Draft, coordinate approvals, and deploy targeted communications for various audiences and channels, including email, web, and collaboration tools.
  • Develop and deploy user adoption and training initiatives to support change related to project implementations.
  • Facilitate interviews and workshops to gather inputs for change management artifacts
  • Develop templates and workstream deliverables, including impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to document how technology changes will impact each business team and role
  • Collect and report on Change Management workstream adoption metrics to evaluate success
  • Utilize familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle to ensure successful change management.
  • Proactively identify and implement ongoing enhancements to the Technology Enablement practice (including the team’s methodology, playbook, and tools and templates).

Qualifications:

  • Change management certification or other formal change management education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in change management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Knowledge and practical experience applying innovative change management methods.
  • Experience with project management approaches and tools, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global team environment.
