Job Summary:

The Senior Technical Trainer’s primary role is the delivery of expert-led classes and workshops to Reltio’s customers, partners, and internal audiences, with high quality and impact. In addition, as part of the Training and Enablement Team, the Senior Technical Trainer will contribute to all learning experiences that help Reltio grow and deliver value to our customers. Given the critical role of our partners, the technical trainer will be a liaison to partners to establish the Project-Ready Partner program, including communicating and coordinating with Reltio Champions within Partner accounts. The technical trainer assists in the review and validation of proctored certification exams and other project and program related activities. 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led and blended learning (classroom and remote) technical training to customer teams, implementation partners, and platform end-users, including the Reltio Configuration courses and other workshops, with high CSAT and NPS scores.
  • Delight classroom learners, especially customers and partners, with high-impact facilitated learning experiences, labs, discussions, Q&A sessions, in live onsite or virtual classes. 
  • Assist in the design and development of course outlines, measurable learning objectives, course content, lab exercises, and knowledge assessments. 
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to continuously learn, guide, and deliver the highest quality training.
  • Proactively implement training course CSAT and NPS evaluations, collect metrics, and strategize on training program improvements. 
  • Collect and maintain training data to support department key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the design, development, and publishing of engaging course content and learning activities for ILT, online and virtual modalities.
  • Maintain, coordinate, and communicate training schedules with end users and stakeholders.
  • Guide certification tracks for technical roles and organize training material to align with the certification program vision.
  • Effectively communicate to manager and leader level, be a change agent to build and promote sustainable, scalable training.
  • Potential for domestic and international travel and willingness to work flexible hours across time zones. 
  • Review and approve proctored certification exams.
  • Coordinate with and support the Alliances team for a successful Reltio Champion program. Feedback loop for partner Reltio Champions.
  • Plan, execute, and advocate with India-based partners, the Project-Ready Partners program.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Skills You Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or relevant work experience.
  • 5 years of experience conducting instructor-led training, live or virtual,  in data management or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product or Platform-as-a-Service. (PaaS). Data Management experience preferred.  
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing instructor-led courses with technical subject matter content.
  • Experience working with cloud-based APIs, API tools (like Postman), and familiarity with JSON. 
  • A strong “stage presence” and ability to manage virtual/in-person interactive classrooms of adult learners.
  • Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of training projects.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems. 
  • Ability to adapt to evolving products and technology.
  • Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues across departments, geographic locations, and time zones.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily. understandable in the form of presentations or other documents.
  • Experience with ETL technologies and processes, data modeling techniques, and NoSQL data stores.
  • Experience developing role-based certification programs is preferred.

 

Skills That Are Nice to Have:  

  • MDM, Data Quality, Data Management, Data Stewardship experience
  • Project / Program Management experience.
  • Manage proctored exam reviews to qualify/disqualify candidates.
  • Facilitate Certification Drives within partner accounts.
