Overview
Our client is a retail tech firm headquartered in New York, with a strong focus on innovating relatively-traditional fashion industries globally. They are looking for an Technical Solutions Architect as a new addition to their growing tech team in Hong Kong, working closely with their clients and partners on solution integration and feature enhancements.
What You Will Do
- Gather requirements from Company's partners and clients, skillfully tailoring technical solutions by leveraging insights from company products and market trends.
- Focus on customization and feature integration, adapting and incorporating various software applications to meet specific needs for different parties.
- Understand client needs and devise workable technical solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the CTO and collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure alignment of technical direction and strategy, facilitating decision making.
What You Will Need
- Proven backend/ full stack development background, experience in gathering requirements and working with stakeholders will be a plus.
- With 4+ years of working experience in providing technical solutions to clients
- Strong interest in technology, particularly in the AI/ 3D modelling aspects
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
- High proficiency in both verbal and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an added advantage, but not mandatory)
